How long does shipping take for vinyl and CDs?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items will ship according to the release date noted on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on unopened and defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
My record arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage and your order number within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the request is made before the items have entered the shipping process.
How do I access my digital download after purchase?
